Ownership of the company solely belongs to Ms Anita Lugutuah, the proprietor. She is a model and an entrepreneur managing multiple businesses with significant expertise in business management, business start-up dynamics and financial planning. She holds a first-class degree in business administration (marketing) from Christian Service University located in Kumasi,Ghana.
The company is currently a sole proprietorship but is however in the process of converting to a limited liability company registered in Ghana. She also supervises the activities of the company including administration, finance, and production process and ensures that targets are met.
Quality Control Officers
A chemist of many years’ experience who ensures that the right shea butter is supplied and production is directed at meeting customers’ specification and reports to the chief executive officer.
Factory Supervisor
An experienced factory supervisor who is very knowledgeable in the process involved in shea butter production. Supervises the entire process, from the supply of shea nuts to the production of shea butter. Reports to the quality control officer.
Marketing & Sales officers
The officers conduct market research and explore the market, to reach as many customers as possible in order to capture sizeable market share. They report to the Admin and finance Officer.
